What is it about polka dots that always looks so fresh and neat?
This dress reminds me SO much of my grandmothers.....back in the 50s and early 60s, every spring they'd go buy a new polka dotted dress styled very much like this one (but with short sleeves; they were older). sometimes it was blue on white, sometimes white on blue. I only remember one red one. Always wore them with wedgies with the hole cut out at the toe. Such a timeless look!
