HERE IT IS!
I think it's rather self-explanatory.
This is the long-awaited pretty-much-completed Pink Polonaise.
I received my wig today, and as you can see, I HAD to try on the whole fandangle. I'm so glad I did. I'm even wearing the paniers, and socks and shoes and everything!
I added a new detail: the belt-type thing. It's actually a curtain-tie with fake jewels on it, to which I affixed a giant green tassle.
I think it's rather self-explanatory.

I will probably be making a chocker with green ribbon and white sheer fabric. Perhaps a jewel on the front of some sort. I will also be draping / wrapping a string of fake pearls around my chest area. I am litterally copying a costume from a fashion plate. EVERYTHING! The hat on the fashion plate had various coloured flowers, but I saw it more fitting to stick to pink. I love pink so much!!!
I like the simplistic jewelry... so perhaps some delicate pink pearl earrings... or plain white with a little itty bitty pink bow. Who knows. What do you think I should go with for the earrings?
