Mkay, so this is to go with your mashy potatoes.

This is a traditional French-Canadian recipe that has been prepared by my Great-gramma, my gramma, my momma, and now me!


Tourtière is pronounced: TOOR tee air


Because Thanksgiving is coming up real soon (for us North North-Montanians anyway... ) I wanted to share it with all of you. This is one of my favorite recipes, it's not very expensive to make, it's effin delicious, it's meaty, and it might just fill that little void in your heart that you've been meaning to fill.
