Zombie Boot spats

These boot spats have taken me over three hours to make. Knife-pleated ribbon detail on the side; The back of the spats have eyelets through which a ribbon was threaded, to be tied in a bow. I lurve these buttons so hard....

These are made out of red taffeta, and the color is just to die for.

Both spats are done, and the buttons are on opposite sides (the one pictured here is the right foot).
