Oh well!
Ummm.. just to explain the zucchini, cause I know some of you are making a face right about now... Zucchini makes the loaf really really nice and moist. When it's cooked, it doesn't taste like anything, all you can taste is the Cherry-deliciousness.
Oh yeah, and you can also make muffins out of this, just pour the batter into greased muffin tins, and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the toothpick comes out clean. Makes a nice snack / dessert.
